At Made Open, I help organisations shape their community engagement strategies and measure impact. I work closely with our team to ensure our platform and services align with customer needs - keeping the voice of end users at the heart of every decision is central to our product development roadmap.
I also oversee our marketing strategy, making sure our mission is communicated clearly and consistently across all channels.
Beyond Made Open, I’m a Design Expert for the Design Council, supporting businesses in adopting a user-centred design approach.
Outside of work, I love exploring the natural beauty of Cornwall - whether walking, taking photographs or spending quality time with my family.
